SUMMER COURSE 2011: Chi Kung Tai Chi Chuan y del 7 to the 10 July in Cabo de Gata (Almería)
This summer the center of Granada Wudang Shan organized as 7 to the 10 of JULY 2011, one course CHI KUNG and TAI CHI CHUAN in Cabo de Gata (Almería).
Course imparted by Fernando Liuzzi, National Chi Kung Master, Kung Fu Tai Chi Chuan y (3er and). Service Professor of Sport at the University of Granada.
In these 4 days will address various practices: Who- If (Training exercises power), Tai chi chuan (Yang Styles, Chen, The Wudang), Taoist Philosophy and Meditation, Shiatsu (Traditional Japanese massage based on Traditional Chinese Medicine)…etc .
The course is scheduled for both beginners and advanced, some practices will run concurrently, and other group will be divided according to levels.
We stay in a farmhouse with swimming pool located 5 minutes. the sea in the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata (Cortijo Torreblanca, San Jose), near the beaches of San Jose, Monsul and Los Genoveses. Full board.

This summer the center of Granada Wudang Shan organized as 28 to the 31 of JULY 2011, Course of YOGA and MEDITATION in Canos de Meca (Cadiz).
Course imparted by Fernando Liuzzi, Yoga and Meditation instructor with more than 20 years of experience in practice, in different schools, merging various techniques of Tantric and Taoist traditions. º
In these 4 day practice Asanas (postures and stretches), Y pranayama Chi Kung (Respiratory Ejercios stimulate internal energy), Shiatsu (Massage), Relaxation, Meditation and Philosophy…etc. And you can choose between two optional workshops Song and Music India or introduction to DANCE INDIA. The course is scheduled for both beginners and advanced.
We stay in a farmhouse with pool situated 2.5 km. sea in the midst of nature (Finca la Esmeralda, St. Ambrose) near the beaches of Canos de Meca. Half board.
